1 Definitions & Scope of Agreement

Mwin8 reserves the right to request proof of identity at any time to verify member eligibility. If a member is found to not meet the eligibility requirements, the account may be terminated and the remaining balance returned after deduction of relevant bonuses in accordance with standard procedures.

3 Registration & Account Management

The mwin8 registration process is designed to be simple and quick – completed in under three minutes. However, all information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. This includes your full name, phone number, email address, and bank details used for deposits and withdrawals.

• Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) active account
• Accounts may not be shared, lent, or transferred to another person
• You are fully responsible for all activities that occur within your account

8 Account Closure & Suspension

A mwin8 account may be closed or suspended for various reasons. Below is a detailed explanation of the process and its implications:

Closure upon member request:

• Members may close their account at any time by contacting mwin8 customer support
• Eligible fund balances will be returned to the original payment method within 3–5 business days
• Bonuses that have not met wagering requirements will not be returned upon account closure

Suspension by mwin8:

• Violation of any terms under Section 7 (Prohibited Conduct)
• Failure to submit requested KYC documents within the specified timeframe
• Account information found to be false or misleading
